1. Definitions

2. Registration

You may be asked to create an account before posting or accessing certain features.
You must be at least 14 years old (or older if required by your local law) to register.
You agree to provide accurate, current information and promptly update it as needed.
You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account.
Quicker or the Entity may need to access your account to address technical or service-related concerns.

3. About Content

Ownership:
- Quicker and the Entity own all intellectual property rights to the content they create.
- You retain ownership of Your Content.
No Guarantee of Publication: There’s no guarantee that Your Content will appear on the Site.
No Endorsement: Quicker and the Entity are not responsible for the accuracy or legality of Your Content or any Linked Content.
Risk: You alone are responsible for assessing the risks of using any Content you find on the Site.
Public Visibility: Your Content may be visible to the public and could be subject to open records laws, depending on relevant regulations.
Monitoring: Quicker or the Entity may review, remove, or refuse to display Content that violates these TOU or any moderation rules.

4. Acceptable Use

You must not upload or share anything unlawful, infringing, harmful, or inappropriate.
Avoid spam, viruses, and unsolicited promotions.
Do not impersonate others or falsely represent your identity.
Comply with any moderation rules the Entity or Quicker provides.

5. Privacy

The Entity is the data Controller, managing your personal data under its Privacy Policy.

Quicker acts as a data Processor and only uses your data for platform analytics, technical support, or contractual obligations.

Quicker does not sell user data to third parties.

6. Disclaimers

You use the Site and any Content at your own risk. The Site is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free service.

7. Indemnity

You agree to defend and indemnify Quicker, the Entity, and their representatives from any claims arising from:

Your Content,
Your actions or interactions on the Site,
Any breach of these TOU, or
Violation of any third-party rights.

8. Intellectual Property

Any software or technology powering the Site is proprietary to Quicker.
You cannot modify or redistribute third-party materials without explicit permission.
Quicker’s marks and logos cannot be used without prior written approval.

9. Copyright Concerns

If you believe content posted on the Site infringes your copyright, please notify Quicker with:

A physical or electronic signature of the owner (or authorized agent).
Identification of the copyrighted work.
The Site location (URL) of the allegedly infringing material.
Your contact information.
A statement of good-faith belief that the disputed use is unauthorized.
A statement made under penalty of perjury that your claim is accurate.

10. Limitation of Liability

Quicker and the Entity are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

11. Modifications and Discontinuance

We may change these TOU at any time. Continued use of the Site implies acceptance of the updated TOU.

All Site use must comply with applicable laws.
