5. Frequently Asked Questions

What if my comment is removed?

You will receive an email notification if your post is removed, including details on why it was deemed inappropriate. You may edit and resubmit.

What if I disagree with a moderation decision?

Contact Quicker’s support team for a review. Final decisions may involve the Site owner if needed.

Can the Site owner remove my comment simply for disliking it?

All moderation follows these rules. However, the Site owner can request review of content that appears to breach these rules.

Can I report a comment without disclosing my identity?

Yes. Use the “Report” or “Alert Moderator” feature. Your identity will not be revealed to the user whose comment you report.

How do I know if I’ve been blocked?

A notice will be sent to the email associated with your account, stating the reason and whether you can return after a certain period.

Is Quicker’s moderation independent?

Yes. Moderation is managed by Quicker’s team, which operates independently. The Site owner may moderate certain features (e.g., Q&A), but Quicker handles the overall moderation in line with these guidelines.

What about mentions of self-harm or violence?

Quicker’s moderators are trained to identify concerning language related to self-harm or threats. Such posts are removed and escalated as needed. The Site owner may involve law enforcement or other services when necessary.

Do moderators have my personal details?

No. Moderators only see your username and publicly posted content. The Site owner handles your registration data under its Privacy Policy.
